Welcome to the exciting world of Pole fitness!
Here at the studio of Pole Nouveau, we run fitness classes involving elements of pole dancing as a fun way of improving fitness, core and upper body strength, all round muscle tone, posture, flexibilty and confidence.
The first 8 weeks are quite structured to introduce you carefully and safely. Then it's yours to take as far as you want!
The studio is run by myself and I have 5 other instructors assisting me.
Each class will consist of a warm up followed by learning different grips, poses, spins holds and combos on a strong, secure pole!! The class ends with a cool down. There are 5 poles and a maximum of 10 people to a class.
